This course has no prerequisites other than the desire to learn and practice new skills. It has been set up to cater for the inexperienced person as well as the qualified practitioner. The Foundation Course provides a sound training in the principles of kinesiology through simple yet effective muscle testing.
The study of all six modules will enable you to go forward and continue learning kinesiology at a practitioner level or it can function as a stand-alone course/adjunct to most other therapies, fine tuning your selection of aromatherapy oils, herbs, homeopathic remedies and your approach to treatment.
After the foundation levels you are well armed to help friends and family, as well as existing clients who would benefit from a thorough balance.

How long will it take?
In total the course takes twelve days. It has been separated into modules to give you time to apply the new material. Each module takes two days (one weekend) to complete.
How will I be assessed?
-There will be a continual assessment in the classroom to ensure accurate muscle testing.
-Each module will require homework focusing on the practical application of the material learned. As the course progresses the “homework” will be replaced by case studies to encompass a full balance.
-Quick quizzes.
-No formal exam!
The end result
At the end of the six modules you will be certificated in the Kinesiology Foundation Course. The course complies with the requirements of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology and the certificates are awarded by the Association themselves. Therefore your certificate will be accepted and acknowledged by any of the colleges offering practitioner level training in Systematic Kinesiology.
It is important to remember that you will become an automatic member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology from the first day of module 1. This is included in the price for the first year (pro rata).
More impressively you will have become a competent and confident muscle tester applying kinesiology techniques to your friends and family and revelling in the results.
