FSSK offers foundation level courses in Kinesiology that cover modules I-VI. It is taught by an ASK accredited instructor and it complies with the Kinesiology National Occupational Standards (KNOS).

As an ASK accredited school we are bound to follow its guidelines in providing a thorough knowledge and training of Systematic Kinesiology.

The ASK foundation syllabus is recognised by all established schools and academies offering further studies in kinesiology. Therefore if you wish to continue your studies at a practitioner level, your ASK certificate will be invaluable.

FSSK offer small classes to create an intimate approach to learning. The course is set up to maximise participation and allows each new technique to be practiced in a classroom setting, clarifying any ambiguities on the spot. About your instructor

Michelle runs a successful kinesiology practice (as well as massage and reiki) and is always eager to convey her passion for the subject, hoping on some level it will make its mark (and create a budding kinesiologist) as it did on her.

She is committed to personal development; her own as well as others’. Michelle is grateful to have the opportunity to impart such effective material and to contribute to other people’s lives.
